EAM Dr. Jaishankar arrives in Armenia as a part of his three-nation tour to Central Asia

Exterior Affairs Minister of India Dr. S. Jaishankar being obtained by Armenian International Minister H. E. Ararat Mirzoyan on his arrival in Armenia.  Exterior Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Tuesday arrived in Armenia on the final leg of his three-nation tour to Central Asia with an intention to additional increase bilateral ties and talk about key regional points together with the developments in Afghanistan after the Taliban seized management of the war-torn nation following the exit of US forces.

Jaishankar, who arrived right here from Kazakhstan, was welcomed by his Armenian counterpart Ararat Mirzoyan on the Zvartnots Worldwide airport.

Throughout his keep right here, Jaishankar will maintain talks with Mirzoyan and name on Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Speaker of Nationwide Meeting Alen Simonyan.

In Kazakhstan, Jaishankar attended the sixth assembly of the International Ministers of the Convention of Interplay and Confidence Constructing Measures in Asia (CICA) and held bilateral conferences together with his counterparts from Russia, Mongolia, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan throughout which he mentioned problems with bilateral and regional cooperation.

Jaishankar traveled to Kazakhstan from Kyrgyzstan the place he held “constructive” talks with the highest Kyrgyz management to spice up bilateral ties, together with protection cooperation, and mentioned international points like Afghanistan.
