ATAGS completes high altitude trials successfully: Bharat Forge

Bharat Forge Ltd took to Twitter to announce that ATAGS has successfully completed trials in the highest altitude with harshest conditions. Bharat Forge also expressed their gratitude to DRDO for guidance and faith in manifesting this achievement into reality.

Bharat Forge also thanked PM Shri Narendra Modi for the AatmaNirbhar Bharat mission laid out which has re-energized and motivated the Indian Industry to raise the bar.

With this development, ATAGS development program has achieved another milestone and has completed all validation trials at high altitude areas, including mobility trials in hilly and mountainous terrain that were also completed. ATAGS development program now moves to the last stage of desert trials in Pokhran this month after which orders likely will be placed with the industry, following which the system will become operational in the armed forces.
