Argentina wants to flight test both LCA Tejas and JF-17 before final selection

After visiting Hindustan Aeronautics Light Combat Aircraft division in Bangalore last month, Argentina has now requested for a Hands-On trial of the Tejas fighter jet by Argentine Air Force pilots and HAL has agreed for the evaluation in 2023.

Argentina wants a trial and evaluation process before it finalizes the aircraft and wants its test pilots to perform evaluation flight trials.

Argentina has also made similar requests to China's Chengdu Aircraft Corporation for their JF-17 jet.
