Indian Army has shown interest in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered Pitbull Remote Control Weapons Stations (RCWS) developed by Israeli company General Robotics, that is optimized for integration on Light Armored Vehicles and unmanned platforms.

The Pitbull is designed to mount 7.62 millimeters or 12.7 millimeters Machine Guns, 40 millimeters Automatic Grenade Launcher or 30 millimeters cannons.

The Pitbull continuously tracks positions of friendly forces and the target. The target prediction algorithm predicts the location of a fast-moving target and determines the right time to score a perfect shot.

The Pitbull RCWS can also be configured for counter-drone missions and is equipped with both soft and hard kill measures.
