The DRDO has started work on the Naval Anti-Ship Missile Medium-Range (NASM-MR) that will feature an Active Radar seeker and will have a strike range of 150 kilometers and will carry a 200 kilograms warhead.

Interestingly the Naval Anti-Ship Missile Medium-Range (NASM-MR) will have foldable wings so that it can be integrated on Tejas aircraft and will be used as a cheaper alternative to the BrahMos-NG anti-ship missile.
